Squeeze

With this blog post I am going to attempt to squeeze the meanings of the word "squeeze".


Squeeze: To press forcibly together, compress


Squeeze: To cram into a small place


Squeeze: To extract juice from fruit or vegetable


Squeeze: to hug


Squeeze: Pressure put upon a person to extract information from them



Squeeze: In the card game Bridge: to lead a card that forces (opponents) to discard potentially winning cards
 
 
 Squeeze: Significant other


Squeeze: A popular British new wave band who enjoyed the bulk of their popularity from 1978 to 1988. Their hits include; "Take Me I'm Yours" (1978), "Pulling Mussels (From The Shell" (1980), "Tempted" (1981), "Black Coffee In Bed" (1982) and "Hourglass" (1987)
